After you schedule your first session, you will receive an email with the following:
- Coaching agreement 
- Client Intake form

Please complete these documents 24-48 hrs. prior to your 1st session

$1,500

Payment Plan Options:

Option #1: Two payments of $750 (1st payment due upfront then 2nd payment due at 45 days)
Option #2: Three payments of $500 monthly (payments due every 30 days)
